1330 seems to be some sort of medical responders. Talking about moving multiple patients. Medical terms. I know hemorrage was mentioned.
24.08 is another citizen channel. This one was live for about an hour. One side of the radio was in a car and mentioning houses. The other side was asking for details and confirming things.
